Elder women collect garbage (plastic pipe) used to water watermelon plantation farm of Chinese firms in the villages to recycle introduced by Community Empowerment Facilitators . Ms Kengkham, Khmu ethnic woman, in Nongkham village, Viengphoukha district, Luangnamtha province, one of the project target households brings her plastic baskets and mats to sell during her participation in LWF Community Fair Market. she also brings her vegetable, bamboo rice cookers and fish catchers to sell in the event.
